Too many missing features
In terms of a security tool, its technically fine. The watch face entry is unique and clever. However, moving files into the app is near impossible. There is no bulk import process. There is no secure web browser to download content into the app. Essentially renders the app useless. I wish I could get a refund without these types of features.

I have been using the app for around 3 years or maybe more and it was always great until the last app / iOS update, the app is not auto locking as it used to be. The one has to lock it manually. Can the developers work on this ASAP? Thanks in advance.
Responsive support
There was an issue with this app, regarding the larger screen phones. Within 30 days the app was updated. Support for this app is very responsive, if you're having issues contact them. I’ve used this app for years.

11/22 Update: Thank you very much for fixing the coding bug issue which crashed the app due to the fact the code was not present or functional for Face ID recognition
Able to verify after updating the most current version 1.13. Have been able to login as usual and the app is now functioning as designed, all of my previous files still enabled and accessible.

App is crashing and lost all my photos
This app is not working and once I change phone I lost all of my photos
Still doesn’t work.
Crashes every time I try to open it. Downloaded the 1.12 update hoping for a fix. Nope.

You click on a picture import and the the button goes away and noting happens.
Works well with only a few minor annoyances
Encrypts as advertised (although it is breakable with the right knowledge and computing power so it'll keep your friends and family out, but not a government!), organization is a bit cumbersome and having hundreds of photos in one folder is slow to navigate (to the developers, if you don't load all thumbnails at once it'll solve it). Also wish there was a way to change the sorting logic, by date seems to be the only option. I also would request a better video playback option as currently it doesn't support many formats (hint hint dear developers, how about an in-app purchase that supports more codecs? That'd be a 'shut up and take my money moment! )
Overall a good product, the wifi import solution is well done and beats the other encrypted filestore offerings currently out there. Please fix the sorting and slow response with large folders and I'd up my rating to 5 stars. Enhance the codecs and you'll get more of my money (and I'm sure others as well)!

Doesn’t operate as intended on IOS 8.3
Just purchased the app. I took photos directly through this app. It shows the photographs as thumbnails, nevertheless when I click on the thumbnail to see a picture on full screen it shows me a black screen. I tried to export the picture back to Camera Roll but it doesn’t let me and export via email doesn’t work either.
Same for uploading videos into the app. It shows the thumb. but when I click on play video it shows black screen with a play button. When you press on the play button it doesn’t do anything, just shows “loading” for ever. When I try to export a video (that I uploaded to the app from Camera Roll) back to Camera Roll it gives me a warning that it is not compatible with Camera Roll. But that where it came from.
I could expect such bugs from a free app, but not from an paid app. Disappointing.

Don't do new update!!!!
Man" I just updated this app and now it won't import anything and now I'm gonna have to delete it / w out waning too. Sorry to say, but very disappointed, good luck to y'all, but I'm out.😎®😎🔚

Creative sleek design and protective safe.
The vault encrypts in AES256, which is top level protection. Other apps fail to do this.
I have tested the Pro version and the additional features are well worth it. I Highly recommend!

Good app. Easy to use, only it would be better if you could slide show all photos rather than only side show photos that were taken on the same day...

Doesn't work with latest update
Update - the support is great! I got an email explaining they fixed the bug, and that it takes a few days until Apple approves the entry to the App Store (this delay is not their fault). Great program, great support. Here is my old review - Generally a very good program. The latest update does not allow you to import photos from camera roll on the iPad, nor the iPhone. Clearly a step backward, major bug, must be fixed soon
