Amazing emotional support
Dr Lam has been the most amazing and supportive psychologist. He adds to everything I talk about without judgement , minimization, and criticism. Yet, he adds valuable empathy, insights, and direction. He is super intelligent + emotional intelligence as well. I recommend him for support on life achievement and difficult life issues also, with a guided positive direction for solutions. He hears you and understands + very knowledgeable. Excellent Timely Service
Lots of people available for working out issues- I used the talk now feature that allows for 20-30 minute talks and the other person helped me get through a hard emotional time that will definitely need more time to work on, but just by talking with someone about my problem the emotions became manageable. I’ve used the 50 minute service with therapists and the psychiatrist service also several times and I have had zero complaints.

Made my mental health worse
Offers no real support as advertised, it’s all just articles that you read at your own pace, which is fine, but I can just get all that online for free. The talknow support counselors made my mental health worse than it was before calling in, as they would just essentially say they couldn’t help me and refer me back to those self-help articles, making me feel even more alone and lost than I was before. Avoid using if you have mental health issues, seek real professionals.

I don’t see any reason for this app to log me out and make me log in every time I use it. it is annoying and only deters me from using it. It defeats the purpose of using this app to have a quick mindfulness break

I’ve removed and downloaded several times and it never gets past the initial log in. Just freezes every single time. I had to cancel my first appointment because of this.
Unreliable
I have a session in 10 minutes and this app is not opening up, even after re installing. I really needed therapy this week. Not cool

Health care providers are just there to do business
Provider named Maria Pedremo Torres just blocked me from making any appointments coz I was too much to deal with, if I am seeing some provider they will be available-after three weeks or a month. This app tries its best to make a patient feel bad about their issue, they are just so fake and using mental health of other people to make money. All the provider has taken my mental health as a joke and I take proper actions for the same.

Scam
This is a scam. I tried 3 times with 3 different therapists to get a session and they all cancelled last minute. I don’t think these are real people
Such a HUGE blessing
TimelyCare is truly a blessing. I’ve used it to avoid having to go to urgent care. I even used it on vacation when I got a nasty stye. So very helpful.
