TimeMore App
I am a fan of TimeMore products owning multiple scales and kettles. This App is useless though. I can’t even register to login. I should’ve just ordered the Black Mirror Duo which didn’t need this app.
Logging is nothing
Manual to Timemore Nano is not a viable, this page is nothing, veruy disappointing.
Useless app
The login issue is still present (in addition to the app being in Mandarin). Then there are individuals claiming that Timemore is superior to Mahlkonig, which is laughable!
Can’t even log in
Fails to send verification codes via phone number or email. Can’t log in via apple login.
Doesn’t work even a little bit
Every stage of this app is broken.

I purchased the Timemore Black Mirror 2 scale with the dual sensors after watching several reviews and really liking the functionality. Scale arrived and was as expected, experience with the app was much worse than anticipated. I had a heck of a time getting logged in like others to get it to work. It definitely seems like it was designed to be used in Asia. The app asks you to setup your login within the app using either email or your phone number (including county code). I am in the U.S. and for the life of me, I tried every iteration and could not get it to work. Ultimately I went directly to the Timemore website registered there, then went back to the app and used my login information from the website. It did not work for several attempts and then suddenly started working in the app. Since then for the last two months I have used it daily and it works without any issue. Bluetooth from the scale immediately connects to the app. Taring from the app is instant on the scale and works perfectly to help me brew to the exact ratio I am shooting for. The app is 99% in English, and now that I got it working and completely satisfied.

Broken
I was using this happily until the latest update. Now it asks me to register, and registering is impossible. Enter email address, and it sends a code. But it only gives 60 seconds to enter. I’ve tried three times, and each time the email arrives in 90-120 seconds. They deliberately made their own app impossible to use.
Ok, 4th attempt, code came in time, but I hadn’t pre-entered password, so timed out again.
5th time, I pre-entered password, code came in time, but I got an error… in kanji.
This is one of the other issues. Only half the app is translated to English. The rest remains in kanji.
Also, “sign in with Apple” just results in “ok”, but I’m still not signed in.
Very poor app. One of the worst I ever saw.

Login does not work Ver. 1044
App does not proceed beyond login screen. No messages returned from the app.
Does not work at all
Every single functionality is broken.
- Logging in doesn’t work (very buggy errors give no clues why)
- Connecting to the scale doesn’t work (camera to scan QR code seems to crash every time I try)

Can’t login even thought Apple sign in
I log in and the app does nothing. I even Sign In with Apple and click log in it loads and I am stuck at the sign in screen again.
