TimeOff Kiosk is the shared time clock for companies that already use TimeOff Manager.
It is not an app you install on every employee’s phone. It is the iPad or iPhone you leave at the door, the warehouse desk, or the job-site trailer. One company admin or HR manager signs in once. After that, people clock in the way they should at work: their own PIN, a photo if you require it, and they are back to the job.
WHY THIS EXISTS
Phone-based time apps fail when people forget to punch, punch from the couch, or share a login on a communal device. A kiosk fixes that. The device stays at work. Staff never see the company password. You get a punch you can stand behind at payroll.
HOW A SHIFT STARTS
1. Mount the device. Admin or HR signs in with email, Google, or Face ID.
2. The PIN pad stays on screen. That is the whole employee experience.
3. The employee enters their 6-digit PIN, takes a verification photo if your company requires it, and clocks in or out.
4. After clock-in they see a short receipt: selfie, time, street address, and today’s schedule. If they are more than five minutes past start, it says they clocked in late.
5. After about 10 seconds—or when they tap Done—the PIN pad comes back for the next person.

• Require GPS / geofence so punches only count at work
• Turn off self-serve clock-in for someone who must see HR
• Hours, schedules, and payroll still live on the web—this app is the punch, not the whole HR suite
WHAT THIS APP IS NOT
TimeOff Kiosk does not replace TimeOff Manager. Leave requests, mileage, pay stubs, and personal schedules stay in TimeOff Manager on the web or in the Timeoff Manager employee app on each person’s own phone. If you hand a staff member this kiosk as “their” app, you are using the wrong product.
