It offers multiple ways to input your agenda and syncs with Apple Watch and Live Activities for easy monitoring.
1.0.8

A stability release. This fixes the problems reported during long sessions. • Fixed the timer disappearing during long sessions. When iOS terminated the app in the background, the running session was lost. TimePacer now saves your session and offers to resume it on the next launch. Elapsed time is recalculated from the real clock, so nothing drifts even if the app was gone for a while. • Fixed the Dynamic Island and Apple Watch sometimes not showing the timer. The app was pushing state far too often and the system was throttling the updates. It now updates only when something meaningful changes, and it reattaches to a running Live Activity after a relaunch. • Fixed the pre-start countdown freezing if you switched away from the app while waiting to begin. • Added a confirmation prompt to the End button, so a mistap no longer stops a session you're timing. • Fixed "parse error" failures when importing an agenda from an image. The main cause was the analysis being cut short on agendas with many items. Reading the result is also more tolerant of formatting variation now. • Fixed the save dialog, where the overwrite targets ran off the bottom of the sheet and were hard to tap.

Yes, TimePacer offers several hands-free options. It supports Apple Watch for wrist-based timekeeping and haptic alerts, and also utilizes Live Activity and Dynamic Island on iOS devices for discreet notifications.
