Error in app while registration
I have been facing the same issue with the TimePay app. Earlier, I was using it regularly without any problem. However, after reinstalling the app, it is no longer opening at all.
I have tried multiple times to launch the application, but it keeps failing every time. This is very frustrating, especially since the app was working fine before.
It seems like there may be a bug or issue related to the recent update or new regulations. I request the TimePay team to please look into this matter urgently and fix the problem as soon as possible.
Kindly release an update to resolve this issue so users like me can continue using the app smoothly.

Server busy
Iam new in this app and iam trying to add my bank account but you telling account not found again and again,then i used my adhaar card and seeing server busy. I try 1 month still this app not change .what is this problem? Delete or not?
Using time pay app getting error to open
I was using time pay till 3 months it worked very good and got good cash backs but now it’s showing error the app is not opening now kindly solve this issue as soon as possible

Fraud app
Cashback scratch card expires in 1 minute. The scratch card is not shown upon successful transaction plus there is no shortcut to go to cashback section from transaction page. Fraud ways of fooling customers so they don’t have to pay cashback to them. Please someone sue them.
Super fast
I used this app for my credit card payment and it’s lightning fast.
Very crashy and slow app
Only good for real cash back directly defaulted bank account. But many time received also try luck next time. lol, fix your app like CRED premium type.
Scam
I lost the money I sent and I emailed support and got no response.
No cash back received
All payments are successful but cash back to account are failed, it’s a special type of payment application first time I see in my life. There is no complaint option in the app to contact customer care.

Passcode and UPI Pin
I have recently changed the passcode and it landed me to activate all the linked bank accounts and credit using debit card or adhaarcard to reset the upi pin. I don’t wanted to reset my upi pin but there is no option to skip and therefore not able to use this app.

Mene time pay se av kuchh time pahle 349 ka recharge kiya to recharge success Ho Gaya aur Mera account balance bhi debit ho gaya but recharge nhi hua mera mobile number pe and history v nhi khul raha hai aur na hi isme customer support ke liye kuchb diya hai 😡
