UX downgrade
I’ve been using this app for several years, with no concerns. But a recent redesign complicated the way multiple clocks are managed. Access to the timer settings and access to the app settings are very easy to confuse with each-other. This app needs some proper UX design love.

No support
I sent a support request from the app to only have a reply that the email doesn’t exist. I then tried requesting support from the website and to date no reply.

Does not work with apple tv
It says it works with apple tv even though it says it is compatible on apple tv. I just see the timer on the screen and when i scroll up and down it adds or removes time. It does not say how to start it and I’ve pressed all the buttons on remote but it wont work.

Response from developer
Hi. You do NOT need to purchase anything in order to get all the features you had in earlier versions. Every feature, plus the all-new Mac, Vision Pro, and watch apps were granted to you free as an existing user. If you wish to add other ADDITIONAL features that were not part of your older purchased version, such as multiple timers, more than 3 warnings, multiple views, etc. then you can either subscribe or purchase those features separately. Otherwise, you can enjoy every single feature you had and more without any additional purchases or subscriptions. Hope that helps clear up any confusion.
