FAQ
What is TimeRoll?
TimeRoll is a unique app that combines the experience of a film camera with a photo journal. It allows you to shoot photos without instant previews, and then develop an entire roll of film at once to see your captured moments together.
How does TimeRoll work?
You name your roll, choose a length (12, 24, 36, or 72 frames), and select a Story film look. You then shoot your photos, and only see the progress, not the individual images. Once the roll is full, it's 'developed' to reveal all the shots together.
Can I edit my photos in TimeRoll?
Yes, if you capture in RAW format, you can edit your negatives after the roll is developed. Adjustments include exposure, temperature, curves, and selective color to match your memory.
Is TimeRoll private?
TimeRoll is designed with privacy in mind. Your photos, roll names, and notes are intended to stay on your device. Content only leaves the app when you choose to save or share it.
What are the subscription options for TimeRoll Pro?
TimeRoll Pro offers an annual subscription for $4.99 per year, which unlocks additional roll lengths, more active rolls, all film looks, editable RAW negatives, and extra paper styles. A lifetime purchase option is also available.
