TRN Electronic edition is excellent
During a recent illness I could not use my delivered paper edition. Therefore, I used the electronic version daily. It is a good replacement and easy to access.

Terrible
This app is useless. Every time I tried to read an article it freezes up. I’ve tried to delete and reinstall the app, but it still does it. Zero support. Do you have anyone who reads and responds to these reviews??
Freezes and no support
I am not able to use the app because it freezes up and will not allow the ability to read our local news. Please assign someone to look into this issue and resolve. It is our only way to view local news. We are paying for this service but it seems that you are not supporting. This problem has been ongoing for a long time as noted in the reviews.

Frozen......colder than the movie😡
I love reading the print edition every morning. The problem is it keeps freezing. It is VERY annoying. I have called and reported it, but it continues to happen! Come on Wichita Falls Times, get your act together and fix this problem or you are going to lose your subscribers! 😡

Freezes up. Unusable. Management is asleep at the wheel!
Froze twice
Been over a year since the last update. App freezes. Can't always read artichokes because of fuzzy text. As small as this paper has become, it froze twice this morning. Does anyone in their tech support read these reviews or are we just stuck with a terrible product?
Freezes up
This freezes up about half the time after I click on the first article or turn the first page. I get frustrated enough that I just stop reading the paper altogether most days.
Can't read the print
When you zoom in to read an article, the print never becomes clear, it just remains blurry.
