Can’t cancel subscription
Funny how when you want to cancel a subscription there isn’t a tab to hit. Not even a customer service tab which is how your told in the fine print to cancel.

Poor news reporting
It is supposed to cover news. There were two young men who died in separate ATV accidents two days apart around two weeks ago. I’m still waiting for the story. A one year old died unexpectedly the other day. No news story. They repeat their stories day to day and many times within the same edition.

I can rarely open my account and am asked to sign in repeatedly to no effect. The phone numbers provided either don’t work or connect you to a call center who does nothing. If you do get into your account and leave a message requesting contact, you never hear from them. Sad comment on a once great paper.
