Use it to record work hours, calculate pay, track overtime, manage piece-rate work, create settlement summaries, and export your records when needed. It is designed for hourly workers, freelancers, contractors, part-time workers, service providers, and crew leads who need a simple but reliable way to keep their own work and pay records. Supported pay types include: - Hourly wage - Daily pay - Piece-rate work - Base pay plus overtime - Comprehensive work hours - Custom amount CLEAR PAY CALCULATIONS Each record can show calculation details, so you can understand how the final amount is calculated. For example: Effective hours × hourly rate + allowance - deduction = total pay This helps you check your records before payday or before sending a settlement summary. PROJECTS AND WORK RULES Create multiple jobs or projects with different wage rules. You can keep separate records for part-time jobs, client work, construction sites, service jobs, or other income sources. CREW AND TEAM RECORDING Timesheet Wage Tracker also supports worker profiles and batch work records. This is useful for crew leads, small teams, job sites, and anyone who needs to record work for more than one person. SETTLEMENT SUMMARIES Track unsettled and settled amounts. Create settlement summaries by date range, project, or worker. Compare expected pay with actual paid amount and export summaries for your own reference. EXPORT AND BACKUP Export your data as spreadsheets, CSV files, PDF settlement summaries, images, or full JSON backup files. You can save exported files to the Files app, iCloud Drive, email, or share them through the iOS share sheet. LANGUAGE AND APPEARANCE The app supports English and Simplified Chinese. You can choose Follow System, English, or Simplified Chinese in Settings. Language changes take effect immediately. The app also supports Follow System, Light, and Dark appearance. Theme changes take effect immediately. PRIVACY BY DESIGN Timesheet Wage Tracker does not require an account and does not need a server for core features. Your work records are stored locally on your device by default. If you delete the app or change devices, please export a backup first.
