O app renovou automaticamente 400 reais. Solicitei cancelamento e não consegui. Agora não consigo contato com o desenvolvedor e a Apple alega que não pode fazer mais nada

Simplesmente não serviu para nada, aplicativo trava, não aceita tirar a foto e ferve o telefone, e tenho um 16 pro, quero meu reembolso de algo que paguei e não funciona de forma alguma
