本人于2026年07月07日被自动扣除今日水印相机会员费用38 元，我自始至终从未下载登录、打开使用过这款APP，无任何打卡、拍照等使用记录，你们后台可自行调取我的账号使用记录核验。


此前我已联系苹果官方客服申请退款，苹果客服先后两次为我提交退款工单，均审核失败，苹果专员明确告知我，该笔订阅退款需要联系你们APP商家客服协商处理，苹果这边已同步确认相关订单情况。

我完全没有产生任何会员服务消耗，现正式申请全额退还本次自动扣除的会员费用，同时麻烦关闭我的账号自动续费，避免后续再次无故扣费。
