Why sideways?

I open a pic and it forces it sideways and then sticks a banner add in my face. This looks and feels like an app made for Apple iPhone 3.

Win an Easter egg?

I down loaded this app several months ago, and this is the first time that I've used it. The first photo I took with it was cool, but then they asked me to rate the app without really knowing what it does. So far it cool and weird. I like it.
