PÉSSIMO. Paguei o plano semanal e quando abri o app fui obrigada a pagar mais 49,90 do plano mensal para conseguir pegar as fotos que estavam salvas no app. Fizeram duas cobranças.
Altitude not working
This app did show altitude when I first bought it. It doesn’t now even after an update. Guess will switch to another app
No support even though lifetime purchase
Had a great experience for couple weeks on free product, bought lifetime. For almost a year was very satisfied. About 4months ago had issues with intermittent color reversal - has now sustained for 3 months, making it unusable as the images aren’t clear. (Green reversed to pink, dark reversed to light on the foreground image, blurry due to the reversal, etc). Help support is only in Chinese and the website is very basic (sketchy). I see there is a new set of timestamp products but the lifetime access I have to this app is unusable. In a sea of products which have annual subscriptions this one stood out with it’s one time purchase which is why I chose it. Even a small ongoing cost to provide support would be ok - consumer exhaustion from products priced higher to grow the company vs provide the service is real. When did the model become being a low key investor for company growth by way of higher product prices. Lost the edge timestamp - if I have to pay annual subscription I won’t be loyal to a company that dropped the ball on their “lifetime,” I’ll just go with another well rated subscription product.
