Customer service is nonexistent
I have been trying to communicate with this company through email, Skype, and chat since 1/4/2019. To date I have yet to have any of the issues I have reached out about resolved. 99% of the communication goes unanswered entirely. I will be speaking with my employer on what other option when need to go with. Hopefully one that puts customer needs first.
