Each workspace is private by default, so you can even use it for personal notes, but you can also invite anyone you choose, such as customers, colleagues, or partners. Flexible Database Each workspace also contains Smart-tables®, a new kind of relational database that is as flexible as a spreadsheet, yet as easy to use as cards you can move around on the screen. Each database table can be fully customized with text, numbers, files, dates, checkboxes, color codes, and comment fields. To make sure you always know who changed what and when, TimeTonic keeps a full history of all changes.
