You can set a custom length of time before the notification. If desired you can set repeated notifications. You can keep track of when you took a break and there is a Chart that shows how many breaks you took each day. TimeToStand protects your data and only stores data on your device. TimeToStand uses no advertising or tracking of any kind. You don't need to create a web account to use TimeToStand.
