No way to actually use
The app requires that you scan a QR code at the pay station of the car wash. The car wash at 1909 Kelly Lane in Pflugerville Texas does not have a QR code to scan so I was unable to use the app to redeem my car wash. The clerk inside was nice enough to give me a code but this is not how it is designed to work. Please fix this by giving a car wash code in case the QR code is missing from the pay station.

Scam
Takes your money but has no car wash, collects a bunch of information from you, takes your money, gives nothing back and no customer support. Avoid like the plague. And forget about a refund.
Horrible and criminal
Too bad you can’t rate zero. Don’t use. Company will take your money and the app doesn’t work. When you try to scan the QR code to use the wash it doesn’t recognize it. Contacted support three times, no answer. Asked for a refund, no answer. I was charged $40 and haven’t been able to wash car once and it’s been two weeks. I am going to dispute charge with my card company!! DO NOT INSTALL!

Shell?
Why is app showing shell locations?
Horrible App
Tried using it today in the parking lot of a local Exxon with the Time Wise Watch. Despite literally sitting in the parking lot it kept trying to drive me to a shell station 1.7 miles away when I searched for Exxon.
Did not work
Purchased a car wash and scanned the QR code but nothing happened. Charged to my account and went inside to get a resolution but they said their was nothing they could do. Reporting for fraud.
Overcharged!
This app charged me $120 for a $12 carwash this morning and there is no customer service phone number information in the app.

I have trouble using this app most of the times but when it’s working it’s great
App doesn’t work at all
Error all the time after registration. I cannot view anything.
Frustrating
Please add a code for a wash on the app just in case the QR code is offline. I went by a car wash today and when I used the camera to read the QR code, it said the computer was offline. Then it redeemed the wash anyway. I had to pay for a single wash. I already have the monthly membership but only allows one wash a day. Please add a code to enter at screen just in case it’s offline and also a way to keep the wash from redeeming when you have to close the QR reader when you can’t use it. Thanks

Works fine for me.
Recently downloaded the app and have been using it successfully. I like the subscription aspect and that all I have to do is drive up to the car wash and use my phone to pay. The only improvement I would like to see it that according to the subscription I bought, I’m allowed six carwashes per month but have no idea how many I have used or have remaining. Would like for the app to keep track of my washes for the month before it renews.

Not good experience so far
Downloaded the app and bought a car wash at Cypresswood/Cutten in Spring, TX. When I drove to wash entrance, there was no QR code on the keypad. I waited a couple of weeks and my wash that I purchased is no longer available. I just went to do the wash today and saw that they put up a QR code. I purchased a wash through the app and scanned the QR code. Upon scanning, a notification came up to try again later and that my wash was in queue. Either way it didn’t work again. Getting frustrated with this. App functionality is good.
