What app doesn’t let you reset your password
The Worst
This app is trash! It doesn’t have any help or troubleshooting menus. It doesn’t have how to instructions. It just says clock in and then when you’re done with your day you’re suppose to be able to press clock out, but when you go back in to the app you find out that you’ve been clocked out the entire time. It doesn’t record your time worked so you have to call your employer to constantly manually enter your time. Complete waste of time and effort. Straight trash!

The app does not work
The app does not accept the user name and password that is accurate. There is no option to reset your account or password. Therefore the app does not work.

I’ve never seen an app that does so little move so slowly.

Customer service???
I am having trouble logging in. Forgot my username and password but there is no way to reset them. When i call the company I get full voicemails that i can not leave a message much less talk to someone right away.

Once signed out for some reason does not let you log back in. You can not password recover and must go thru employer to reset it for you. I don’t like not being able to do my own password retrieve or reset…….DeBee
Has issues, convenient when working
We’re going to need bug fixes and updates more often than every 5 months folks. It’s really frustrating not being able to clock in/out this often, but even more irritating having to login even more often.
Please add 2 simple features. I beg you.
Pros: it does indeed function.
FR1: When I clock in I have to select from 50 departments and 40 different positions on the “enter info to login” page. Whoever codes this app: please crud me bb. Remember my selections for the logon details page. Please I beg you. I hate zinging though 100 options every. single. day. Its killing me softly. I don’t have a choice in using this app and I would die a little less inside each morning if it just remembered my login selections.
FR2: In “my time card” please add a toggle switch like [hours worked view] that places “hours worked” to the right of the “date” column (instead of off screen like it is now)
.This is what an employee is usually looking for when they are in their time card.
FR3: This one is minor but still would be very nice to have: add a pencil icon in the main view to add/edit notes. Or even a “add note” box that comes up when you hold down on the date. Currently that responds with a haptic response but does no action.
To go beyond that, development-wise, just imagine needing to use this app every single day at least 4 times. Anything that lets me
Do more in less steps is incredibly appreciated and makes life a drop or two more wonderful.

Good but could be better
I appreciate the ability to clock-in/out on the go. However, I would replace the submit button with a clock-out button so you would have separate clock-in and clock-out buttons. I think the submit button is redundant. I would greatly appreciate a total hours worked for the week in the ‘my timecard’ feature. Thank you.

Cannot get back in
This is the slowest loading and easily the highest crashing app on my phone. I’ve also now been logged out of the app after 2 years of using the Face ID. Now it won’t take my password and it won’t give me a link to reset my password either. Absolute garbage with no support. There isn’t even a freaking help button or drop down in the app. How do I let the app admins know I can use the app my company requires, if I can’t contact them?

Horrible!
Would give it zero stars if I could. I use this app for my job at a preschool. For reference I have the iPhone 11 pro. I went to open the app and it got stuck on the loading screen. My phone overheated so much I thought it would destroy my phone. I couldn't return to the home menu and the crash stopped my ability to turn my phone off. I could lock the phone with the lock button, I could turn the volume up and down with the other buttons but when I would hold them down to restart my phone, nothing. This is ridiculous that I have the most current phone generation and this app acould have ruined my phone. I spent too much money on this phone. Please make sure ALL bugs are fixed for EVERY iPhone. This should not have ever happened.

Modifying time cards
Having a little trouble with altering time cards from the current pay period, but otherwise a great app.
Slow. Poorly designed. Rarely updated.
This is the worst app on my phone but, unfortunately, I have to use it for work. The buttons are clunky and not well thought out. It STILL hasn’t been updated for iPhone X. EXTREMELY slow to load. Terrible app overall.
Timeworks doesn’t
I am very generous even giving one star. Slow unresponsive. Unreliable. Forever having my manager needing to go in and edit. We are dropping this and moving to a different payroll account
I’m forced to use
I’m forced to use! Too many clicks an steps to get staffs hours correct. Please streamline. Should be a lot simpler for staff users. Many things to be adjusted always. You have a large staff and busy day, look forward to a couple hours of TimeWorks
Scary for the employees
I recorded clocking in and out on my iPhone thank god but on the app it doesn’t even show I’m clocked in. TERRIBLE APP don’t get it please

Not super easy to use, my employees find it difficult and glitchy a lot... but most of the time it gets the job done. It’s easy to accidentally clock in instead of out, vice versa...
