Fake profiles and just swiping to match, suspect so are the females..then you don’t talk to each other when you see who you’ve matched with one way or the other so someone just gets let down..dating is mostly lonely people, this isn’t bringing me any closer to ending that sensation

Got banned because an ex found my account and mass reported. Sent me screenshots of the reports, and she “bragged” about it. Appealed it saying that with screenshots they still declined LOL. Met some pretty chill people on there had a few fun dates.

Yet another app that requires you to verify. This is a damn dating app. Why am I REQUIRED to verify if I don’t want to? Yall should have figured out a way a long time ago to fix the bot problem.

Include your social media and get an automated life time ban with no appeal process. Not sure what the problem is as there are so many fake profiles on the platform that id want to verify via socials before actually meeting anybody or exchanging a phone number.

You need to fix your chat function. I can back the app again because last time it was not letting me send messages or it would say sent and it wouldn’t actually show in the chat preview. This needs to be fixed.

First a positive note…it seems like they’ve removed a-lot of the bots, or fake accounts which is…great…
That said A.I. accounts might be happening.
Now for starters…this is my second review in a few days as my first one never got posted…Weird.
The inconsistency in which one can use that app is ridiculous from the get go. The app told me personally that I wouldn’t be seen or dealt in fold until I completed a certain % (100) and verified my account. This lead me to do so promptly as I wanna be seen.
Thus the initial problem, wasting my time. As even as this is a “requirement” why am I seeing other profiles that aren’t kept to the same standards? Profiles unverified, lacking photos, bios, basic info, if at all any of those? They’re all being seen and swiped on while I cannot?! Double standards?! Really?
Next the verification, I’ve verified my account several of times now. And time and time again my verification gets removed and puts me back into the same predicament as listed above. Making this quite annoying. More worrisome is the fact that each time you verify your account they make a notice saying the system saves each photo for future use…sorry…whose future use?
The System they have operating the app is flawed! Seriously…like I’m sorry no computer ever will replace the comprehensive minds of the humans who’ve created it…please stop this nonsense.
“Customer service” you might as well forget reaching out for help. They answer quickly but…offer no real help, ignore your direct questions, and refuse to acknowledge you as a person and hold no simple conversation.
Then there’s the demoralized acts of hiding profiles within your area in the hopes that they tempt their users to buy premium. Fact, set your area within your desired limit. Once you run out of users in the area up it by 1 or 2 more miles. (Example form 10-12) you’ll get magically more people within your area (9-10 miles). try it.
All of this makes the experience completely awful, a waste of time, and a soul crushing, hope sucking time.
