Best Travel Planning App
I have used TripIt and similar tools for well over a decade. As a frequent traveler, both for business and pleasure, I have multiple concurrent itineraries with innumerable flights, hotels, activities, meetings, insurance documents etc. etc. I have always struggled to keep everything organized, easily accessible and updated, whilst also wishing for timely reminders, automatic updates in case of change etc.
Tineo ABSOLULTELY nails this. I could not have asked for anything better. Their AI assistant is genuinely useful and helps update and plan. The product integration with Claude and ChatGPT is truly the icing on the cake - I actually can get Claude to create/synch and change itineraries based on my requests and that whole thing JUST WORKS!
And most importantly, the technical support team [Danny] are EXTREMELY responsive and take and act on feedback promptly, making the product better every day.

Great app! Imports flights, hotels and all other travel seamlessly and syncs with your calendar. Also helps coordinate trips with other travelers so you can see who gets in when. Love it!

Travel app for power users
If you love Flighty but want an app to organize and sync across all your travel plans, this is the app for you. New features land seemingly daily, and sync with mail and calendar and MCP for Claude integration are absolutely priceless. This app is everything TripIt could’ve been but never was.
Awful ux, half the buttons not features don’t work
I’m sorry I really wanted to like this app but it’s riddled with bugs to be useful. The UX is awful with buttons that don’t work or is out of view and can’t be clicked, promised features like weather doesn’t work and simple user friendly features like setting the default date to the date of your trip on an activity doesn’t exist. For example, you set your trip to feb 12, 2027 for five days and every activity you add have a default time set to now…

Thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback with us. - We’ve improved plan creation by fixing a bug so that new plans default to the first day of the trip dates We’re working on connecting to more weather providers for more accurate and complete predicted weather data. Could you please open a ticket in the app just to let us know which cities/destinations predicted weather is not populating on so we can look into it and which UI elements are problematic? Sleek & Simple to Use
Tineo has been amazing for planning trips as simple as a family wine-country visit, to more complicated (bachelorette party), all the way to international trips. The user experience is great and it gets updated regularly with improvements / debugs as the creators think of new things or listen to feedback. Tineo is the travel planning app for everyone since it’s as easy as setting up your emails and then forwarding emails!

I made the switch from TripIt to Tineo and it was life changing! It’s so user friendly and the UI/UX is beautiful and seamless. I love how it manages group travel as I travel often with my friends from different parts of the country so Tineo helps us stay organized.
