Don’t waste your money if you’re an iPhone user

Paid to get all of the features and half of the features and functions don’t work. Crashes constantly. Only purchased to be able to duotone using a specific hex code and wouldn’t work. Save your money.

Updates have ruined this app

It feels as though each time I come back to use or something else isn’t available. I purchased several filter sets- they are reloadable. The “newsprint” option used to be free - now it’s behind the paywall. So I can’t continue a series I started earlier. And worst: now it only does “square”? What on Earth. How is THAT a good idea? May still use rather than delete, but will really need to fiddle with it. Will FOR SURE not spend any more money.

Paid for this version and video doesn’t work it keeps kicking me out of the app. Click on contact developer and the webpage offers no info to contact developer. Gonna ask Apple for a refund

Thank you for your feedback, I'm sorry you felt that way. We are constantly checking for crashes in the app and updating to fix bugs. Did you try uninstalling the app and installing it again? You won't lose any purchases by doing that and sometimes that's all it takes. Hope the new update works better for you.

I don't see how it can be removed. I believe I did buy this app before so ... what gives? Looks like I'll have to use another photo editing app on my iPhone or iPad instead ....

Video can’t be saved; limited color options

Contacted the developer. A week later, no response. Bought this to make DuoTone videos. Crashes every time on save. Tested multiple devices. That might be a bug that can be solved, but the color options are fixed and very limited. Not worth the money.

Hidden Subscription

This app doesn’t say “in-app purchases” but you have to buy a subscription to use most of the features. I’m just tired of downloading apps and finding out they are useless to me unless I pay for features I’m not sure if I will want or not.

Hi, thank you for your review. You can still use the app without subscribing. You have access to free photo filters, video filters, beautify effect, fine-tune settings, export in high resolution, all of that for free.

Filters disappeared

Filters I had purchased before the subscription model have disappeared; when I restore purchases, names of filter sets flash by as restored go by, but aren’t available. I hate it when developers pull previous capacities back behind a subscription wall. It’s not right.

Save your money...crashes on save 90% of time...and still doesn’t work!

I’m extremely disappointed with this app. Despite the assurance of Apple’s compatibility statement, this app doesn’t work on my iPad (11.3). This app graciously lets you apply the filters, and seamlessly lets you purchase and expansion pack you want. But when you attempt to save it crashes 90% (yes, I actually kept count...27 crashes in consecutive 30 attempts to save). The 3 times it did NOT crash, it failed to save the work. I really would like my money back...but like everything else here its a crapshoot you we don’t see our money again when we get taken with shoddy apps like this.

I'm sorry you had that experience. The app is tested on several devices before releasing it, but sometimes it's difficult to cover all possible scenarios. Please try the updated version to see if the problem still happens. There's been a lot of improvements and I believe it might have fixed your problem.
