Every time i open the app it stays on the loading screen way to long idk if it’s a bug or my iPad Air 12

I just downloaded the app won’t let me get past the welcome page and tried everything to fix it but did not work if can help please tell me how

Fun but confusing
I tried to build my characters legs up, but the shapes warrant moving where I was moving them at and every time I placed a sheepe on top of another day stickt to each other, but it was very fun to try

Seriously, a restriction and about 2 to 3 business days seriously at least it’s easy but still like seriously you really need a parent approval seriously shouldn’t shouldn’t it just be send an email then they just have to click approve or decline. Seriously it’s just stupid.
I can't play!
Every time I try to play this app, it has this screen that says "Lost Connection" fix it please.
For everyone stuck with the login loop connecting issue
All you have to do is delete the app download it again this time when you login click stay logged in if you were using an email and password at least for me this is what does it.

Shapes: *add lowercase to letters & numbers category*, Other language text, Your own handwriting font text (that can save your font), Lenticular Motion patterns & stripes. Features/Settings: Remove outlines, Helium in simlab material, customize material principles in simlab. ANY FORMAT CUSTOM TEXT😭 i need it

Best easy design app OF ALL TIME
I’ve been using tinkerCAD for around 8 months now since I learned about it in school . I’ve mastered 90% of the topics in 3d design and i love this app / website .

Fun and easy to get started!
Tinkercad is the best. I started off barely knowing anything, only making very simple (and very bad) designs. But I grew overtime, just one would with drawing, and I realized TInkercad can be used to make amazing, complicated designs, eventually ending up with my first staff pick! It feels so rewarding to finish something on Tinkercad, and it’s easy to start most things too. I love the challenges, specifically Tinktober, where there’s a list of one thing to make for each day of October. It’s specific enough that you’d know what to make, but vague enough to make it unique. I really can’t think of any complaints to make. Sometimes there’s an annoying glitch, but those are always fixed soon. I highly recommend this to everyone who wants to get started in 3D design in an easy and fun way.—SnakeMaster, well-known Tinkerer

Love it, but one temporary problem.
OK, I love love love this app. It helps so much. The only problem that I think will be fixed is when I go onto the app it says lost connection! The Tinkercad service is not responding. Please let me wait a moment. But I really need this to work because if it doesn’t, I will be able to show my grandparents how the three printing works, and my grandparents are leaving in 30 minutes. They’re leaving in like 20 to 30 minutes, and I need them to see us. Please please please please please please respond and fix it.

Please fix the way it says lost connection.
Worked great! … until it didn’t
Used it for 4 months on iPad. Flawless. Opened up one day to find that it was on an endless loop of the blue loading screen and “connection lost” Please fix that bug, because I really want to go back to designing
