About
Tinkerhall is a small museum of working models: fifty everyday things, from a lock and a desk fan to a heart pump and a circuit. Start them, stop them, slow them down and look inside. Everything runs on your device, offline.
LOOK CLOSELY, THEN STEP BACK
Each model opens in Close-up on the part that matters, with a ring and a short label that follow it as it moves. One tap shows the Overview. Pause freezes the moment, and slow motion helps you see it. Pinch, drag and zoom anywhere.
TRY IT YOURSELF
Real controls for every model: the right key and the wrong key, how hard the heart pumps, the load on a lever. A three-step guided tour, three facts and a quick quiz come with each one.
BLUEPRINT AND PASSPORT
Turn any model into a 16:9 Blueprint picture card with its facts, to save, copy or share. The Inventor Passport awards five badges for the models you explore, the tours you finish and the blueprints you draft.
REQUEST A MODEL
Missing something? Ask for an everyday object, or vote for what others asked. The network is used only when you open this screen or send a request or vote. It is anonymous, with no account, and requests are deleted after 90 days.
FREE, AND PRO
Six models are free, with no time limit. Tinkerhall Pro is a one-time purchase, not a subscription: it unlocks all the other models and removes the watermark from Blueprint cards. Restore it on your other devices with the same Apple ID.
PRIVACY
No account, no ads, no analytics, no tracking. Your favorites and badges stay on your device.
The models are teaching sketches, simplified on purpose, with illustrative numbers. They are not engineering drawings or medical advice.
