HOW PEOPLE USE IT 1. To fall asleep: a sound set just below the level of the ringing 2. During the day: a quiet background sound while working 3. Over time: the same sound every day, so the brain learns to pay less attention to the ringing (the principle behind sound-based habituation) WHAT THIS APP IS NOT Tinnitus Relief App is not a medical device. It does not diagnose or treat any condition. No app cures tinnitus. Individual results vary significantly. If your tinnitus appeared suddenly, affects one ear only, pulses with your heartbeat, or comes with hearing loss, dizziness or pain, see a doctor or an ENT specialist.
