Classy Christmas Music

Each year, Tinsel and Tunes manages to give us quality Christmas music. Most sources play about 20 songs and repeat repeat repeat, not to mention that much of it is current trendy Christmas music that just doesn’t say Christmas to me.

Favorite holiday music app

I open this on my phone on Halloween every year, that way it’s ready to go when I wake up 11/1. Best songs for the holiday! Thanks for what you do to brighten our season every year!

A family tradition

This app gets downloaded every year around this time by everyone in my family. Once you’ve put T&T on the Bluetooth speaker you’ll never want to turn on the local radio station again. No commercials, a wide variety of songs but none of the bad/cheesy ones, it’s basically everything you’d want in a Christmas station.

Some of the BEST mix of Christmas music!!

I listen to a LOT of Christmas music between T-giving and Christmas but when I just want a mix of songs and carols I always turn to Tinsel & Tunes - they play the absolute best mix of Christmas songs by a wide variety of singers and bands. THANK YOU Tinsel & Tunes!

Refreshing

I LOVE this app. The music that is played is truly a variety of different songs from modern pop to old Christmas versions from the 40’s to instrumental Christmas songs. And it’s not just the top 20 artists whose music is played. You get a lot from this app and really helps to bring out the Christmas spirit. Two thumbs up and a five star rating!!

Thank you for creating this! Mark Donato, my male twin, just informed me and all the others on his post, about this app! Not commercial free

The whole point of seeking out commercial free is to, well, have commercial-free music. And that includes ANY commercials. Including your own. I went through three songs and was so annoyed I deleted the app.

Hi jojoblond! Thanks so much for your input. As our station does include some short station identifications, it is true there is content outside of the the music. These IDs are not out of the norm from what you can expect on a standard radio station. However, they are not full-length 30 or 60 second commercials and often add to the Tinsel & Tunes brand. While many of our listeners enjoy our IDs, if they're not your cup of tea, then perhaps your decision to find another source for Christmas music was what was best for you. Hey there Logan! We certainly appreciate your 4 star rating and feedback, especially all of the emojis. :) Our station is more traditional in nature, where you can't skip songs you may not prefer (and we try hard to not play songs you won't like, but we can't please everyone all the time). In this day and age, we understand that being able to have complete control over your music is becoming the norm and while we have no problem with that, our format is just a bit different. A lot of our listeners appreciate just being able to turn on the radio and let it play - much like you would do with satellite radio or your local AM/FM station. There are certainly plenty of apps that allow you the control you desire and we would suggest using one of those. However, if you enjoy our mix of music we'll always be here for you and you can tune out whenever you want. Thanks again, Logan, for your suggestion! We hope you had a Merry Christmas.

Bug fix

Need to fix the software so tht it is compatible with the new ios. Or if the link is broke that would need to be fixed. Cannot listen using the app. Overall its a great app that I used all last season

Great

My local stations aren't playing Xmas music yet so this app works great! Allows multi-tasking which is great. Only wish sound quality was a little better, thanks for the app!
