Hi there! I’m genuinely sorry you had this experience — it’s incredibly frustrating, and I’m really embarrassed that it happened right after you subscribed. Unfortunately, your first day coincided with the only server outage we’ve ever had, caused by a temporary issue from our hosting provider. Everything was fixed within a few hours, and now the app is fully operational. Your subscription remains active, and you can use all the features immediately.
