What's New in Tiny Cities

1.0.4

August 19, 2026

Your travels earn honours now — 111 sculptures in clay, kept in a case inside your passport. THE HONOURS — A NEW CASE IN THE PASSPORT • THE LADDER — the climb, counted honestly. Cities kept, countries, your first city on each continent and the depth past it, and distance: once, twice, five times around the world. Every one tells you what is still to go. • THE LANDMARKS — 55 cities carry a sculpture of their own. Agra, Cusco, Edinburgh, Easter Island, Great Zimbabwe — keep the city and its landmark is struck for you. • THE ROUTES — journeys earned by where you have actually been: the Silk Road, the Trans-Siberian, the Grand Tour, Three Empires, Seven Hills, the Midnight Sun, the Volcano Line. And the rare ones — Every Continent, Both Hemispheres, and the Antipode, for two cities on opposite sides of the earth. • THE ODD HOURS — five you find sideways rather than earn head-on. • An honour you have not reached yet waits in unfired grey clay. Earning it floods the colour up from the base, and the sculpture flies out of its tile into a case of its own. THE PASSPORT • The trophy case and your travel record now stand side by side as a matched pair of display cases — each on raised paper, under its own brass rim. STATS • The latitude gauge is a real globe now. Your cities stand where they actually are, in full coordinates, on a projection tilted above the equator — so a city on the tropic sits on the tropic. FIXES • The postcard ask appears when it should.

Really cute and fun to use

I downloaded this because I wanted a simple way to keep track of the cities I’ve visited, but it’s much more fun than a normal travel tracker. The little city globes are really cute, and I like adding dates and memories from each trip. The app looks beautiful and feels very relaxing to use. Definitely looking forward to adding more cities to shelf and fridge.
