Waste of money
Faxes won’t send, have had to pay a store to send them on a few occasions, even for one/two pagers. No customer support. Finally found an email to send to but never heard back. Better priced and better service is out there, will not renew and switching to another.
Super frustrating, doesn’t work
This product doesn’t work for receiving faxes. It might work for sending faxes but when I tried to get a fax number it basically err’d out perpetually out and I researched it and it turns out that’s a very common issue.
Cannot receive fax but paid
I’ve paid to receive faxes. I did not receive a number and it’s been days. I’ve paid for this because of the time sensitive business situation I have and had to receive a fax. This has cost me greatly financially because I have not received the service I paid for with this app. I now have to find another app, pay for it, and get a refund from this one. Exactly the problem I didn’t need at this point in time.

Difficult to use

Doesn’t work
Charges 3 times each time I hit send it goes to charge me again
Doesn’t work
I subscribed to get a number to receive a fax, but it did not generate a number. Please refund me. I’ve been in an annoying loop of clicking “restore purchase”, then signing into apple, then clicking “generate number” only to be told to restore my purchase again. Really a bummer. I don’t have spare money to be wasting right now.

If someone has an issue, no customer service number anywhere
I change my phone and I have to pay for a different subscription. I tried to find a phone number online for this company. It’s nowhere to be fined.
Scam
Bought subscription and it never generated a fax number for me.
Best app ever
I've saved so much gas, hassle and money because of this app. I love it!!
Does not work
I have faxed to the same number in a local FedEx but when I use tiny fax they claim no dial tone this has happened on 3 separate occasions
Getting a fax number
Usually, when you’re using an app like this, it’s for every day you are a quick thing that needs to be done. I’ve been waiting over an hour to receive my fax number so I can receive the fax that I need. There’s no help button there’s no way for me to contact anybody besides email. I’ve had to reset my password five times and I’m getting charged or something that I can’t even use.

DOES NOT WORK
Fax won’t send and can’t even sign up for an account in spite of the fact that I’ve already subscribed and paid. Tried Help Center and received error message. Look elsewhere for a fax app!
points purchase
There is no way to track points purchased, and when you use points or see the point balance.
I feel like I’m buying points every time I use Tiny Fax I don’t use it that often therefore being able to track or see what you purchased would be helpful
