Froze
I was enjoy8ng using it for the first few minutes until I tried hearting a listing I liked, then it froze on me and I could no longer use it.
App stops working when reading the info
Like the title says. Looking at pictures is fine, but once you've scrolled down to read the info about the listing, the back arrow stops working and the app has to be closed and then reopened.
Downloaded this app bc the website is pretty basic and is super slow with unnecessary clicks. Thought the app might be better, it marginally is if you don't mind closing and reopening the app and then navigating to the page you were on after every listing.
Something else peculiar, I have never seen such terrible house-selling photos in my life. Always in random order, leaving out important details while focusing on irrelevant ones like pics of Dolly Parton, or one shelf, or the burners on a stove. And why are there no video tours, it's impossible to see how these houses flow with the random picture order and limited pictures. Like, really?

App unresponsive
Once you click on to one house to view you have to close the app and reopen the backspace button is inoperable. Very difficult and time consuming.
This is a scam for sellers
I’ve owned a Tiny Home for about four years now, I remember before I bought one I would look on this site to browse almost like Zillow. Now that I’m looking to sell a Tiny Home I posted one on the site. They charge per “lead”. I was charged $15 just to have a person messaged me and ask who built the Tiny Home, and then ghost me with zero interest. As a seller, you will be charged for each and every interaction from anybody at all. The incentive to sell Tiny Home on this site is just not there. Just go sell on Facebook marketplace I’ve had well over 50 hits and it’s not charging me like some predatory app. I hope this site goes under. from a sellers perspective I would consider this app to be a scam. And from a buyers perspective, you’re just going to get less tiny homes, instead just go look on Facebook Tiny Home groups or Facebook marketplace altogether.

Where are the homes?
Needs to go by state
Search engine is almost useless.
It’s bad enough you can’t really filter anything by state. You have to know the cities which I don’t really know where I want to look then if you do find something and click back you start all the way back to the beginning and everything is all mixed together. I don’t feel like the search options filter correctly. You just end up, searching from page one to the next to the next, which gets old after a while, they really should just redo it. Also tired of seeing the phrase : Featured Dreamlist. It’s way overused and thus meaning less. Still there are hardly any options of where you can put a tiny home. I don’t want to live in a trailer park type community.

Pretty good app. It needs a No Loft filtering option.

Scam!
They tell you it’s free to list your house and once you’ve filled out all the information that they want they go after your credit card for so-called add leads once a week! Scam, don’t waste your time

This app is terrible. I asked it to list from closest out and Damm thing started out of the country. So I clicked the reverse and it started in California. I’m in Pa.! It won’t take any zip codes. Blah terrible wasted space on my phone
Had to delete AD
In 2 months I had one couple reach out to view my Tiny. Long story short I wanted to lower my price & tried to do so with instructions on App. It never worked. After 3 phone calls to a recorder & 3 emails over 8 days - no response- I finally had to delete my whole AD.
Inspiring
It gives a lot of opportunities that would not be available otherwise. There are financing options right now purchasing a tiny house isn't the best for me but it gives me a lot of options to start with.
Ups and downs
It’s a great app to find all kinds of cool structures and inspiration but it’s still a bit glitchy from time to time. Still highly recommend.

SCAM
This app is a scam. They will pile up the fees with fake leads that go nowhere and still charge you for them. I’ve been trying to dispute these fees for 3 weeks already and not one person or email has gotten back to me. A complete scam of an app. DO NOT USE THIS TO SELL YOUR TINY HOME. YOU WILL BE SCAMMED

The app is decent but
The app is decent but most of the pictures when clicked on begin to blur. I’ve tried to close and reopen the app several times but it kept blurring. Most of these prices for these tiny houses are ridiculous and some of the listings aren’t real. I say that because some of the tiny houses have different pictures of the interior that look the same but aren’t . Majority of the tiny houses are used and aren’t up to date yet they are wanting over 60k which is ridiculous. I think you all should have a range of what a tiny house should cost with all the features so people can see if whomever is selling the house is overcharging. Also with the whole wish list thing , please improve that. I shouldn’t have to click on the Heart and and press done. I should just be able to heart it and it goes to favorites. Another thing when I click on a tiny house and try to go back I loose my spot and it will spring all the way back to the top. This app has good concepts but it needs major improvements

Finally! But could use some refinement…
Been waiting for an app forever! Works better than the desktop version but still needs some refinement. For example:
Filters:
- Distance: Add a 0 Miles option or a “clear filters” function. If you choose a distance; you can’t then deselect miles or the x to remove it doesn’t work very well. Took me 10x clicking it to remove it. A simple “reset filters” or “clear filters” would clean that up.
- Features: Add a Roof Deck option and list appliances; Dishwasher, Washer & Dryer, W/D Combo, Fridge, and definitely add ADA accessible filter option
- Perhaps also add a section for users to search for Builders with settings to filter based on location, certifications, builds shells, complete tiny houses, skoolie builders etc.
- One other idea.. would be amazing to add a marketplace section specifically for folks to sell parts useful for tiny houses; Mini-splits, sinks, marine wood stoves, reclaimed lumber, etc. Basically expand on the Trailers selling section.

Constant freezing.
It would be really helpful if the developers of this app figured out why it freezes up whenever you are trying to go back from viewing a gallery by pressing the back button at the top of the page.
Finally…a Tiny House app!!!
I’ve been waiting for this! Now no more browser. Just open the app and start viewing! Easy to use!
