Underrated, Affordable, Accessible Habit Building App!

Honestly a really cool and clean app, especially compared to other subscription based reward chart apps. I wish there was a way to adjust how/how many gems are earned and the bonuses, that are acquired with streaks, since that can make deciding how many gems a reward is worth harder (DEVELOPERS - if you could make this feature adjustable, that would help elevate the app, or having a reward gem calculator or assigning an activity to a reward goal would also be cool). But even with that said (honestly those notes are just to give improvement feedback to developers 😅) - I love how accessible and affordable this app is for trying to build routine and the amount of notifications you can schedule (I need many notifications like Duolingo does haha, cause otherwise I forget and don’t stick to my habit). And the widgets are pretty great too!

Thank you, this made my day. Keeping TinyStreaks a one time purchase with no subscription was a deliberate choice, so it means a lot that it landed with you. On the gem economy: I did consider making the earn rates and streak bonuses adjustable during development, and ended up settling on a fixed rule instead. Once you allow custom rates, the maths after a reward is redeemed gets complicated quickly, and the numbers stop being predictable for the person actually chasing the streak. What might help in the meantime is the Reports section, which shows how gems are calculated and how the streak bonuses accrue. Once you can see the rate you are actually earning at, you can set your reward redemption costs to match, so a reward is worth roughly the number of days you want it to represent. Glad the notifications and widgets are pulling their weight. Building a habit is mostly a reminders problem, so that part matters more than it looks. Thanks again for taking the time to write this up.

overall, five stars ✪✪✪✪✪

This app is a good app. The UI is very clean and it’s straight to the point.
For those of you who don’t like giving extra information, you don’t have to make accounts it’s not required.
The only thing I wish is for the rewards and how that works and operates to be explained a little bit more thoroughly and like maybe a handbook in the app for you to fully understand how the UI works and each feature spec
Overall it’s a very simplistic app for tracking your goals, does what it says it's gonna do and if you do want the premium, it’s relatively affordable, but if you don’t have the premium, this app is still very usable and not super limited.
To the Developer, great job on this app, I feel the effort ˗ˋˏ ♡ ˎˊ˗

Thank you, this is lovely to read. On the rewards explanation: it does already exist, but it is tucked away under the Reports section, so it is fair to say most people would never find it. That is on me rather than on you. I will work on giving it much better visibility in an upcoming update, so the explanation of how gems are earned, how streak bonuses work and what each screen does is somewhere you would actually look for it. Worth a peek under Reports in the meantime, since the full breakdown is sitting right there. Thanks for taking the time to write this, and for the kind words about the effort.
