I didn’t have my MacBook with me when the service outage occurred. At that time, I was able to check the network of the webpage and manually set some cookies to confirm everything was working properly, then report it to the company. It was really convenient to quickly verify the issue right from my hand. (I was relieved that it also worked on the iPad.)
