tinydot: websites, wiki & CMS

- the designs offered when you create a site now come from the server, so the list only shows designs that exist. iPhone was offering “blog” and “docs”, which quietly gave you the default one instead - sharing a file to tinydot from another app now goes through the same uploader as the rest of the app - fixed a sync bug that could leave a file on the server but missing from your device, with nothing looking wrong on either side. changes the server sent could be dropped before they were applied, and the app still reported it had seen them - editing a folder's index file now saves to that file. it could be written to a new file named after the folder instead, leaving the page unchanged
