Log in sucks
The log in for current subscribers is awful and makes me want to cancel the paid subscription cause if you log out you can never log back in
Used to love it
We’ve used TinyTap for a few years. I went to subscribe again and no matter what it won’t let my daughter play. I checked and we actually had like three simultaneous subscriptions but whenever we tried to do a lesson it would just take us to the subscription screen again. Too bad, I guess. We won’t be paying now. She’s bummed about losing her stars though.

Was not great for my child
My little girl didn’t even use it that much
I hate this app. It’s for baby.
Clearly, this app is trash. No one likes it. Everyone hates it, and everyone rides out one star review.
.
Yo pagué por un año y es una estafa solo dejo a mi hijo usarla por una semana después de eso me cobraba extra para poder acceder a las diferentes secciones. No paguen por algo que no funciona

Predatory billing
Careful signing up for this app, they will bill you for an entire year $120 with no warning or notification of the auto renew. I emailed support and was told no refunds on digital products. This app is not worth $120!! Poor customer service and predatory billing practices including no invoicing/notice and the second year is way more expensive than the first.

Do not download this App! Scam charge
I signed up for the one week trial and it immediately charged my credit card $100 and won’t let me cancel. No customer service. Just a bot. I’m so angry
Horrible
Made two different accounts still not working
The app has come a long way
Used it again today after years of avoiding it. No more Ads, clear pictures, easy to understand assignments/games, large games for kids with visual impairments. I was impressed. Thank you so much for perfecting the app. Will comment or contact if I come across any inconvenience. My daughter with multiple disabilities enjoyed it.
There is a part after a child earns 3 stars. There are cards with questions marks ? That follow - please remove if you can. My child doesn’t understand what they are for and neither do I.

Really good app always teaching my children new things. My children absolutely LOVE it☺️
Rip off
For a game that advertises itself for kids making people pay just for kids to be able to learn is ridiculous three games a day or you pay this a month to have them all….. waste of time

Wanted to like this
Paid the subscription for a year and none of my child’s progress is saved. Contacted customer support and they wanted me to try a multitude of things and it did work to uninstall and reinstall. For a minute. Now it doesn’t even remember I paid for a year much less the child’s progress. GET A DIFFERENT APP

Response from developer
Hi there, I’m sorry to hear you had a bad experience. Recently, there was an issue with one of our global servers that may have caused some users to be logged out of their accounts. However, you should not lose your profile after logging back in. Please send us an email at help@tinytap.com and we’ll be happy to assist you further.
