New interface but where is the rest of my history
Updated according to instructions. All of my history for the past 5 years, gone! There’s nothing left aside from the job titles and work place. Starting from scratch in March.
I don’t have the data to compare month to month or year to year. What a disappointment.

Terrible app, waste of money. Glad it was only .99 because it doesn’t track anything. After it stopped closing out while trying to add my job, nothing was saving. Do better.
Ripoff!!
I should have listened to the other reviews..this app is a ripoff! Charged me .99 for an app that doesn't work. Went to log in my tips from last night and the app kept closing out while just trying to add my job title..if it worked right it would be great because I've been trying to find an app that tracks both my tips and clock in/out hours without having to get 2 separate apps. Unfortunately this app is useless since it glitches and doesn't work right, it just steals your money.

Amazing app!
I’ve been using this for years and yes there have been a few glitches and bugs in that time, but they always seem to get them fixed. This app has allowed me to keep track of my earning from multiple jobs and it’s amazing being to go back and see previous earnings and hours from different years, months and days. Very handy, especially for people in the service industry.

Well tonight, it crashed on me, and all my data is gone. Please fix this ASAP!!

Use to be the best
It’s unfortunate they haven’t fixed the crashing yet. This was the best app to keep track of my tips. I’ve reached out to them many times but theu haven’t gotten back to me. I’m afraid it’s time to move on.
Is this even current anymore
The app crashes, A LOT. They claim in the last few updates they re fixing bugs and crashes but the problems have been the same for almost six like the. Is anyone even working on this app anymore?

When it was called Tip Bucket the app was great. Ever since it switched over to Tip Mule it’s been awful. The other night the app crashed and now I can’t open it. Just lost seven years of financial records.

I NEED ALLLLLLL MY INFORMATION for the over SIX YEARS I’ve used this app emailed to me ASAP, it crashes constantly now, I can’t log back into the app after it logged me out randomly... there’s no backup I can get to anywhere!!!? I use this FAITHFULLY and need it to file my taxes!!!!

Don’t fix it if it ain’t broken
I’ve used this app for several years. I was referred to Tip Bucket through a friend of mine and I loved it from the get go! Never an issue (aside from my own flubs). I especially loved the average tip percentage feature. One day I go to open Tip Bucket and I am notified that the app has changed and I am directed to the App Store to download Tip Mule. Alright, fine, I’ll play along. I download the app and immediately notice issues. The layouts all funky and I can’t find features that I was used to having with Tip Bucket. Soon after the app starts crashing. First, just occasionally and then the problems began to come more frequently. Now I can’t even open the app. I’ve lost the last 2 years of stored info and I can’t get a reply back to the email inquiry I sent asking how I can fix this issue. I’ve had to download another app and start from scratch. Thanks a lot. You should have remained as Tip Bucket. Tip Mule has been a colossal failure.

I’ve been using this app for years, back when it was called Tip Bucket! Never had any issues until a few weeks ago i noticed the numbers in my dashboard weren’t adding up.. After writing to their tech support about my issues, they got back to me within a day. After a few screen shots and specific details about what was happening they took to work on fixing it. A few days later it was back to normal and I am still a happy and loyal user! Their customer service was excellent and well beyond my expectations! I would recommend this app to anyone!

Crashes
It was better as “tip bucket”. Every time I go to add a new tip for the day, the app closes atleast the first two tries. I have info on their from awhile ago so I hate to have to switch apps, but I might just stop using it all together. Disappointing.

I’ve had this app for a long time. Since it was called “Tip Bucket.” Tip Mule is much more useful and dependable than Tip Bucket ever was, but lately it keeps crashing. It usually crashes about 2 or 3 times upon first opening it, and after that I can use it. Please, please, please fix this bug! It is a great app otherwise, and I highly recommend it.

Worked great, until it stopped working
I loved the app, but the other day when I went to add a shift, I was kicked out and lost all of my information. There’s no way to get any of it back since I thought it was safe keeping it in this app. I’m not sure what happened but now it’s no longer recognizing my e mail and I feel like I have to start again, all while losing about a years worth of information. When the app works it’s great, but this is very frustrating.
