Tip Out 2.0 adds the features you asked for. Track your own take-home: tap "This is me" on a shift and the app follows your pay, tip-outs, and hourly rate over time. New Insights tab: your take-home, dollars per hour, best shifts, pool totals, and a breakdown by role and payment type. Percentage splits and a back-of-house tip-out that comes off the top, with every person's share shown. Export any shift as a PDF or CSV, and back up or restore all your shifts from a file. On newer iPhones, type a shift in plain words to fill your crew. Still offline, still no account, still a one-time unlock.
