No longer works at all
I used to love this app and used it for years. However this past year it just quit working.
The app will open but every time I try to make an entry the app crashes.
A once great app is now totally unusable. π

Bad customer service
When you click the βapp supportβ link it goes directly to a non working web site. App crashes and no longer works.
Needs to be updated!!!!!!!!
Started out as a 5star app and has now become unusable! Iβve even contacted the The developer personally to let him know the app is failing with the new iOS update he did not care. I now have to delete all my data! Do not waste your money on this app anymore, it probably would be an easy fix on the developers end, but a complete refusal to actively manage it has made this app useless, everybody must delete!

No longer works with new update
I canβt add, edit or back up my tip sheet since the latest IOS update. Super frustrating! Please fix my favorite app!!!!
Canβt even figure out how to enter an entry for tips
Literally have no idea how you even log in tips. Iβve clicked on just about everything possible, very confusing, consider writing in the steps in which to use this app.
Great idea. Needs work tho
I love the idea however I find the math to be off, I start to put in my numbers and my screen will go black. I entered yesterdayβs tips 3x. And backed it up. Itβs disappeared again.
I want my $2 back please.

I bought this because I was using the free version and thought I liked it. BUT, it said if I bought the full version, I could export the data from the free version right to the full version. That does not work - it just wants me to email a spreadsheet. Also, there is no support to be able to ask how to do this.

Crashes a lot.
Very good app or tool for recording tips, however it crashes a lot and is not very stable. I keep having to constantly deleting and reinstalling it for it to work properly. And then after a week or so, it starts crashing again.

Gets the job done, but the app closes at least 3 times every time I try to use it
Wonderful for tracking job with multiple locations
I work as a server in a large theme park area. My company may place me in several restaurants or filling several tipped positions within a pay period. This app has helped me track where I make my money with the multiple jobs feature in a very easy-to-understand way. It's especially helpful since my paycheck only says "$x tips" and includes all positions and jobs worked that week.
The next feature I would love to see is a "meal period" drop-down so I can organize breakfast vs lunch vs dinner vs double vs clopen shifts!

Great way to keep track of wages
I like the chart views this app offers and it's easy to enter the information. The only thing I'd like to change is the "no show hourly" option in the settings. It'd be nice that when I have it activated, it shows the hourly wage and when I go to setting to deactivate it, it'd be nice if all the wages and hourly info were invisible.

I believe I work at the same restaurant the person who started this app was at. I loved it and do like the functionality of it, but even after backing up my phone, all the information was lost!

I was having the same problem last couple months that couldn't saved any new data and kept crashing.
Very quick respond ( Thank you very much for that ππΌ) of my email to the developer with the suggestion that I should try reboot my iPhone and check the app again. Where I did and the app seems more stable now and I am able to save new data again. So folks! Reboot your devices! Good luck!
Somehow, I did lost about 6 months of my data out of sudden for no reason. Hopefully the Devs will find the bugs and fix it.
For now, remember to backup the date often.
Other than that, THIS IS A REALLY REALLY REALLY GREAT AND VERY USEFUL TIPS RECORDS APP! Excellent job, Devs! πππΌππΌππΌππΌππΌ

Everything went fine at first but then after the update, all of the information that I had recorded was deleted
