Needs huge improvement
I think, this is such a huge step towards sustainability and a pollution-free transportation service as well as recreation activity. Given that your app is the only way for consumers to use your service, giving time to improve it is really necessary. Here are some of the issues I have encountered and potential recommendations to improve your service:
1. First of all, the app itself is not well optimized on IOS devices;
2. You should conduct daily maintenance work on your vehicles to determine physical issues that result to injury or accidents such as broken throttle of scooter or system error which results to sudden deceleration or locking of the vehicle;
3. Misleading information on the map regarding the available useable vehicle resulted to waste of money;
4. The initial payment of 25 pesos for scooters and e-bike while 14 pesos for normal bike is just pretty expensive considering the issues of the vehicles. I think this service will be more affordable if you will only charge your consumers a total cost based on the ride time and a per minute fixed fee in which you only currently being applied after the initial 25 or 14-peso fee. This gives more flexibility on the part of the consumers if they decide to change a vehicle after just a few minutes of usage and not pay a 25 or 14-peso fee for literally a 1 minute ride;
5. The actual cost of rental does not reflect realtime on the app rather it shows misleading information. You can only see your total cost when you end the journey which is quite frustrating;
6. Uploading of photos to report an issue is not possible. A system error keeps in popping out;
7. I didn’t receive a free ride after topping up 500 pesos as indicated in your promotion; and
8. I have charged 9-peso pause-journey fee even if the app shows 0-peso pause fee.
To be honest, I really love this service but then again, these issues made it less interesting and fun to use. I will still try to reach out to the customer support for the items 3 and 7. Also, I will change my rating if these concerns will be addressed according.
