No tome to browse the Tips&Tricks app. Seeing a message announcing the latest frees my time. Sending myself an email with the ‘interesting’ tip allows me to choose when I will learn about the tip. I don’t have to react to those in which I have no interest!!!!

One could easily believe that, in today’s world, tips are less needed than in “olden” days. Not so; they’re needed more. The prevalence of data does more to confuse the contemporary Earth dweller than when all seemed so glaringly obvious.
Consequently, the need arises for misled souls, and there are many, need to be set straight, and far away from data/directional signs that are so self defeating as to be downright sad. ‘Nuff said!

Why do you want me to pay for premium when I already did?
A very long time back I played for premium. But It keeps asking from do you want premium. To be fair this has happen on some other sites.

No demo, everything is just reading
Too much reading. It will be easy to follow if the app simply makes a short video for demoing the tips. Since it is about tips and tricks for tech, demo is necessary, just like how Tips by Apple does.

Thanks for your feedback. The app is primarily designed as a written guide book, like a user manual with a much wider scope than Apple's small Tips selection. That said, we'll consider adding some video guides!
Useless
This app used to be good ..Now it doesn’t work at all .When you click on a topic you just get to look at the spinner in the middle of the screen .The topic never opens up ..I ve tried it 50 times even uninstalling the app and reinstalling it …It’s a brick…
STUCK WITH SPINNING CIRCLE - Articles don’t open any more
In the last few days, I tap on an article, and all I get is the SPINNING CIRCLE. No article can be opened. Please fix ASAP. I’m paying 35/year subscription and can’t access anything. Please fix.
Doesn’t load articles
Suddenly stopped loading articles after many years of having this app installed on both iPhone and iPad. No apparent reason. Internet working fine on both devices. Cannot contact developers at all. ☹️😡

Tips review
The tips are hard to find and the constant asking to get premium is distracting. I was trying to find information about messages. I was not able to.

Latest version, opens for a few seconds and closes; therefore, the app cannot be used.

Not updated in 2 years
iOS 17 debuted two weeks ago, and this app just notified me of a story about iOS 15! Now I see that even their self-description in the app store says “iOS 14 is here,” so this is no longer a source of helpful info.

Hey Stuart, if you go into Settings then choose Content Update you’ll get all our latest iOS 17 tips installed to the app. We’d love to make that simpler by upgrading the app itself but Apple has been refusing to accept updates — we’re arguing with them about it so fingers-crossed.
