What do you mean “update the app”. The Apple Store gives only what it has now. I paid you $12 for the month and I want my money back because your tips are coming after the game is over. How can I get my money back?

Scam- can’t activate subscription

I paid for a month subscription and can’t activate my subscription. I tried to register my account, it keep giving me error . No information on how to activate your subscription or even contact for support. I feel like this is a big scam. Apple should pull this app out of the store . Very very poor customer experience
