Not accesible
App basically now not accessible for old/new users. So now basically my watch is useless as I cannot calibrate it without app. This is pathetic and not expected from a brand like Titan.
At least provide alternative for the existing users.

App not working
This app is not working, neither can we sign or sign up. After customer care they told that they have stopped any kind of service for this Titan Connected X watch and also the app. If we visit any service store they will give us coupon. Just in one moment my watch became not usable.
My watch has become useless
I bought this hybrid watch for almost 7700/- but software app doesnt work and Titan has not migrated this watch app users tp any other app whie not maintaining connectedX! Very poor show from a reputed brand!
App not working
I am using this app since 2 years, now suddenly it got signed out. I tried to login but it shows failed. Tried to recover password but failed. Tried to create new login but failed. Now I can not synchronised my phone data, time date so my watch is of no use

I dont if the app stopped working or there’s an issue with it at the moment. But I downloaded the app today and I couldnt even log in nor could I sign up for a new account
Pathetic feature
The app isn’t working since last two month and there’s no update by when this will be fixed, the customer care executive asking to get this sold at 20% of purchase value, what a joke

app and URL not working. unable to login from ios. could be site / app hacked ? , when try to reset / recover account not able to do, and redirecting to Chinese site :(
App not supporting Titan Hybrid Smart watch
WhatsApp messages are not displayed. Sms are not displayed on watch despite switching on notifications in the app. Only calendar is in sync. Weather also is displayed wrong though the locaion is correctly fetched
Add more things
Add more watche faces and live watch faces give regular updates please I but all the functionality are good
WhatsApp notifications no longer appearing
Before the WhatsApp notifications were visible which is not the case now except for messages,mail and call no other notifications appear
Watch Faces Refresh
We need some new refresh on Watch faces. While Smart 2 has more options there is very limited options on this
Weather not synchronising
The weather data is not synchronising automatically- neither for a fixed place, nor whenever I’m moving to a different location in the watch. In the app, whenever I’m trying to change the location manually or toggling between Manual and Automatic and clicking Save, a response is coming as ‘xinzhi returned null’. I tried to reset the watch and app, but same response is coming.

Great Watch, Nice USER INTERFACE
I love the app and also watch. Only thing missing is more watch faces and more widgets, please provide more options
Improper sync
I’ve been trying to sync the watch but everything the watch syncs, the hour needle moves a bit extra to the right. However the same when switched to left hand mode, it shows proper facing to 12. Also the watch faces are too less
Cross sync with other Fitness apps
Hi, I was previously using the Apple Watch and for some time been using Fitbit. Was looking for sync to the data Titan connected x with Some watch and Google Fit. Appreciate an action.

App not working
I purchased Titan connect watch 3 months ago.. now the watch automatically disconnected with my iPhone. When i tried to login through the this app unable to login, for the past one week it’s showing app is under maintenance. Don’t expect such poor service from Tata group. Really disappointed

Touch improvements required
- the buttons on the control Center and small so very difficult to tap, I end up tapping around it luckily it detects but it has to be looked into
- the slider on the brightness screen is not very usable it’s better to swipe the entire screen to increase or decrease it
- there are a very few watch faces , pls add more
- the strap gets attached to itself often due to its magnetic nature , also something to look into

Amazing battery life & Step count algo
Reviewing after 13 days usage:
• Fully charged it on day 1, now it’s day 13 of using all the smart features of this unit (without a charge). I’m surprised to see there is 17% battery left. Good battery Optimisation!
• Auto-syncing hardly takes a minute to sync device data with the companion app. “Lovely!”
• “Almost accurate steps count algo”. Being a daily jogger, I usually carry two device to validate steps data (mobile & my Garmin). However, since the day I purchased Connected X, I wanted to validate the step algo of this unit with Apple health and also with Garmin. Results were almost same.
• UI of the app is simple and clean. However, I didn’t like the Leadership board section. Your need to follow people to bring them on the board. It’s always good to have a global view, so you can work hard to compete with others, by comparing.
• Many useful reminders, but all have to be manually set
• At last, *watch looks premium*. That’s what we expect from Titan.
Suggestions to developer:
• Make leadership board more competitive
• Bring more avatars for your DP
• i don’t like many watch faces. Need more options
• Graphs are not interactive enough. Make them to do more than just a visualisation

Good but could be better
Using the new watch since yesterday, there is no battery display on the watch or in app. But difficult to know how much battery is left.
Spo2 oxygen level in blood feature would also be valuable in current situation.
More watch faces would also be appreciated
Overall liked the watch. Nice competitive and definitely will give other brands run for their money.

Thank you for your feedback. To check the battery percentage on your watch, swipe from bottom to top on the home screen to quickly see the battery percentage. For watch faces, you can customize them to your liking from the App. You can even click a photo and set that as your watch face.
