Stopped working on the current past 13 versions of iOS. Could someone please update this?
Update app and automatic fail to add device??
I delete the app and re-download the app and it still says to update the app and I made a new account and now it instantly failed to connect. Very disappointed in how bad this app has come too.

Worked on Android, not on iPhone
I switched devices and it will not connect on my iPhone. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. All it tells me is to update the app. Issue is there is no update.
Wish I could find more devices!
I bought one of these bulbs before the pandemic, but never got around to installing it and setting it up until recently. Setup was very easy, especially since this was my first venture into smart devices. Both the bulb and app have worked flawlessly (app on both iPad [iPadOS 14.0.1] and iPhone SE 2020 [most recent iOS 13 update], but since the pandemic, Five Below can’t seem to get any more bulbs or plugs in!! ARGH!! WANT MORE!! 😃

I purchased a color changing light bulb from them and now it ask me to update the app even though there are no current updates it’s been doing this for a while

ios ..13.1 iphone x. Every time i logging it tells me that i need to update the app which there is no update. Apple should delete their app and im bringing the bulbs back to the store and complain that there is no app support.
