Without otp I can’t open the watch. Please fix the OTP issue

Been waiting for a week to receive the CODE nothing. This app is needed to operate the watch. Seems to be a ripoff. Worthless.

GPS is not working since long. It shows update AGPS application. How to update ? Hopless application. Can not expect this from a company like Titan. Not value for money at all.
Not receiving the OTP
I am not able to login to the Titan Smart Pro app because it is not sending the OTP to my registered mobile number.
Terrible app
Cannot sign into the app, it’s not sending the otp to my number. I have been trying with multiple numbers for the past few days.

The most pathetic app that I have ever used
There is no way the application guides you in case you are lost…I have been trying to connect my device as per the instructions but it is not working yet. It is not even sending me OTPs. Super frustrating application. Cannot even use my watch now.

The app simply doesn’t send an OTP to the mobile device I have tried multiple ways to log on to the iPhone App Store app with OTP initiation but it is not being received to my device. By Titan and Tata standards the service is the poorest I must say.

I don’t have a smart Pro watch. But wanted to check the app usability so I can purchase a new watch.

Call accept feature
Why can’t you add a call accept feature? If you can add a reject feature, how hard is it to allow the call acceptance feature?
An average app in fitness tracking
The health/ fitness tracking features are pretty decent in the app. There are few major issues on user experience and ease of use. And Titan doesn’t seem to care about the users; obvious from the fact that the last app update was 8 months before.
First it doesn’t connect automatically to Bluetooth in my phone and instead the user has to initiate it everytime. Second, the data sync with app is very patchy and you might to impair and pair the watch frequently.
Thirdly, the default watch face view changes to the sport view screen during use aand you can’t access the Home Screen or notifications while in sport mode. It’s a maior issue in the app.

The notifications system doesn’t work. Its been weeks I didn’t get any notifications in my watch, i feel like they rolled out this product before trying to see what bugs it got… solve the bugs guys.

Require development
Not satisfied at all with the performance of App. All of a sudden Notifications disappeared from watch. Tried in several ways (Reset/Uninstall and Install/Toggling Notification setting in App). Nothing is working. Titan is not reliable for Smart Watch.
