Doesn’t open
I have no problem with the website seeing my listings. When I open the app, nothing is there except ads. No listings whatsoever.
Useless!
The app is useless for me without being able to access the custom token lineups I added. Please fix this!
Barely Usable
The channels blocked / ignored on the web version are supposwd to carry ovee to the app version but no bueno. Some shop networks and third world networks show up on the phone and there’s no way to kill them from showing.
Why are you doing?
Currently the desktop and mobile versions aren’t working at all. What are you doing? You need to fix the desktop version and keep the app.
Terrible app
You can’t change the listings to your liking like you could on the web site, but the website wouldn’t work today on my iPad browser today. You can’t see the info at the bottom of the app. Horrible app!!!!!
Only goes to channel 98
The grid stops at channel 98 for Spectrum Cincinnati on Safari and in the app. Please fix this.
New version fails
Since the update both the app and the site are now out of sync with TV programming most notably PBS many programs that are on at a particular day or time are not showing up in Titan, but they are showing up in other TV sites and programs, this really needs to be fixed!! The new Titan is worthless without an update.

Changes
Have used this in browser for years with no issues. Recent update has not gone smoothly. Downloaded app. Unable to import previous account. Initially unable to access my provider (this has been fixed). Registered to new account and laboriously modified my lineup as I prefer, unable to access my account through app, only in browser. Sad

Computer version of TitanTV
You made a change recently that totally changed the way the computer version looks! I really liked it the way it was! Is there anyway you can change it back to the previous version? I would certainly appreciate it. Sincerely, Gary, Arbesman,, St. Louis, Missouri.
The Beta is bad
The new web-based version that is coming out of beta doesn’t seem to be able to add anything to your phones calendar or reminders making it pretty useless. Please don’t retire the app version until you get that figured out.
The icon seems to want to download a .ICS file but there seems to be no way to get the dot ICS file to load into Calendar or Reminders. Please fix this.

Lately a glitch
Titan TV has been my go-to guide for many years. Occasionally the displayed programming is inaccurate, no boggy, but tonight for the second time in the last week or so the app is “frozen”.
When first opened it goes to the right timeline, but won’t scroll, and all its tap buttons don’t respond. That issue lasted a day or two I think last time, and I had to use another TV Guide app I don’t like as well for its readability. Then Titan began working ok again… until just now when it’s frozen again.

App comes up blank
Just the ads come up, nowhere to log out or sign in. I was hoping this update would fix it, but it’s still not working. So disappointing.
This used to be a great app but not anymore
I used Titan TV for years, even before it became an app. For the last couple of years, it’s just been junk. The listings don’t come up and all I ever see is a blank page where the show should be. I’m finally going to delete this app. All it does now is take up space on my phone.
Too Many Ads
Always liked this guide, but had to delete it when they went to an overwhelming number of ads.

Blank screen
I haven’t been able to use this app for months. All I get is a white screen.

I’ve used this App several years on my iPhone & loved it, but the last several months it takes forever to download?? Why?

Suddenly Stopped Working
App has been working fine. Two days ago suddenly stopped displaying TV listings. Logged out and back in, deleted and reinstalled app. Won’t work!
Update works better but one thing no clock
This update has removed some glitches. For the most part I think it’s improved & I already liked it before. My really only complaint & it’s kind of big, is that the clock is missing. So I don’t know the exact time when I’m looking at the guide. I’d like that fixed but otherwise no major complaints & I really very much like your app.
