Terrible customer service.
5 months no set up. I was hopeful this would help our church but it was a disappointment.
Great Idea, Poor Execution
I have been wanting this for years. Unfortunately, what we got is unusable on a iPhone, barely readable on an iPad mini, and just passable on a full size iPad. Imported PDFs are shown full page, but with unneeded extra margins, making the page even smaller. Internally generated chord charts ignore page breaks, so you have to scroll using your finger. Not easy to do if you are playing your instrument. Tithely has some work to do.
Update: Now the app won’t even open properly. If they are not even going to update this app, then they should remove it.

Not usable
I was and am still hopeful for this app as it will make it so much easier for my team. But right now it doesn’t even load. It opens to a blank screen with spinning wheel and if you try to hit the back button it crashes. I hope they fix it soon.

Why is there not mp3 file integration on the app? More and more people rely on their smartphones and tablets these days.

Needs Work
It doesn’t give us an option for which chord chart to pull from. It’s pulling the wrong key for our worship sets.
