SCAM! Impossible to cancel
SCAM! I have tried to cx repeatedly but they keep charging me 80/month.
The app does not work
Do not listen to any of these positive reviews. They are paid reviews, and it is very obvious from the way they are written that they sound more like advertising for the company than a customer review. The app does not work. It is widely reported everywhere. It gives you an error, and you cannot proceed. It has been going on for months, and they keep charging your account. It is a total fraud and scam company. Please do not fall into their trap.

Not working, feels scammy
It worked initially. Now it says there is an error. When I contact support they said my request went to their previous support platform but my app has no updates. They tried to charge me again as well.
Tried Cancelling, Still Paying
Purchased the introductory package and then an initial 12-week program Fall/2025.
Always had an issue when I tried to go into the app, even to delete it. Finally, after being charged for 3 12-week programs, I was able to get into the app long enough to cancel my subscription.

HORRIBLE
I have gone round and round with customer service and they have told me they can’t find my account and they can’t locate my payments for a refund. I didn’t realize this was linked to my PayPal account and had charged me a total of $140. Ridiculous app and nothing is even cute.
Overpriced
The outfit ideas that are presented are just okay. But, after researching the outfits, it is much more economical to buy them directly from the manufacturer. After paying for the app and having style “credit” you still end up paying over retail for items. The app is difficult to navigate and often glitches. I am trying to return an item that doesn’t fit and I cannot do it from the app. I now have to waste time calling to get authorization. Save your hard earned money and just follow influencers on social media.

I opened this app up for its free trial in January. And I immediately shut out and cancelled my account. Since I have been dealing with emergency family health issues I have not noticed that they have been charging me since! It’s about 170 bucks worth of scam. Spoke to support and they told me they would credit me and I can purchase something from the store which is bull because I still need to pay double the amount. No. I want my money back. Do NOT DOWNLOAD THIS SCAM!

Waist of Money and customer service is horrible. Majority of clothes out of stock. Return items is complicated. Big waste of money and majority of outfits are horrible

Beware- they will deduct for auto renewals with zero notification!!!!!!!! I am awaiting a refund for $150 deducted from my account with no email notification.

Don’t fall for the hype
Downloaded based on ads and was sorely disappointed. The first couple days were ok but then it shifted where some pictures are AI or the outfits/materials are just outright ugly, make no sense, or overly expensive. Save your money

Once you realize the categories are so limited that there’s no way you’ll find anything inspirational, it’s too late to avoid charges.

Total rip off. Takes forever to get items and when you have to return items they only refund you a fraction of what they tell you they will refund you.
Their communication is email only and it feels like you are working with a new person using a fake profile every time.

Way too complicated, if you procrastinate you get billed again $44.95 for absolutely nothing. These subscription sites are HELL to cancel.
Don’t waste your money
You don’t get capsules. The outfits they suggest are hideous and do not match your body style. There is an issue now with my app that says contact customer service, but there is no link in customer service. The outfits are dated. I made an appointment with a stylist. It’s all via text and after saying what I liked and didn’t like she made me outfits with items I didn’t like because they have a limited set of items to work with. Not good. You have to do it all yourself and the little articles are trash and I’m being kind of
