Unable to log in
The app freezes and shuts down every time I try to log in. I am able to log in on their website with the same credentials. Reinstalled the app but not successful.
Not working
It worked for a couple days, but then I opened it today and it is not working. Please update the app.

Camera doesn’t work
This would be great if the camera barcode scanner worked. :/
Can’t scan barcodes
Please run an update to fix the camera. I’m using iOS 12.3.1 and the camera is black when I open it. Would love to be able to use the barcode scanning feature.
Scan no more
The camera doesn’t work on my new XS phone, so I used my old phone connected to the internet. I scanned about 50 books and only 1 was recognized 🙄 such a waste of time. It use to work with about 20% needing to be typed in, but now that 98% need to be typed in... it isn’t doing what it said it would.

Barcode scanner no longer working
I got a new iPhone and the barcode scanner no longer works in this app which is very disappointing. Please put out an update!
Update please
Please update the app. I have loved using it and now with my iPhone 7 my camera isn’t working. All I see is a black screen when I tried scanning a ISBN barcode on a book I wanted.
Camera won’t engage
I upgraded my phone to an Xr and now I can’t scan barcodes.
Barcode scanning doesn’t work on newest phones/iOS
I used to love this app, but, it hasn’t been updated in a long time. Now the camera/barcode scanner won’t work on the newest iPhones or iOS. That is what makes this app so handy! If I wanted to type titles, I would just do it on the website. Please update the app and provide support for the newer systems.

Love it!
Great app! I love how I can scan barcodes to add titles to my list. No more writing down book titles or ISBN’s!
Crashes
This used to work fine when it came out, but it hasn't worked for me for at least a year.
Constantly Crashes
This app would be awesome if it didn't crash every time I opened it!
Basically unusable
I would love to use this app, but it constantly crashes. It crashed with my iPhone 5 and now my iPhone 6. I have tried deleting and re-downloading the app. Nothing has worked so far. Very frustrating.

Updated my phone to the newest IOS and now this app crashes constantly. I have tried to delete and reinstall but it didn't help. Please fix!
App unusable on iPhone 6
Used this app all the time on my iPhone 4. Just upgraded to a 6 yesterday and am disappointed but not surprised that, just like Brytewave, another Follett app no longer works. When will Follett hire competent coders? This is ridiculous.
Crashes constantly
I used this app ALL the time, but it has done nothing but crash instantly upon opening for the past three weeks. Hey, Follett: update your apps or don't offer them at all!
Wonderful when it doesn't crash
The features on this app are great! Love that I can search easily, find reviews right away, and add titles to new or pre-existing order lists. Unfortunately, I set it up to log in to my account automatically and now it crashes every time I try to open it. Would have given it 5 stars if it didn't crash all of the time.

Room for improvement
This is a practical app for Follett librarians on the go: searching, creating lists and preparing orders using the app is great. However, it keeps logging you out! (For updating?) Follett, please fix that. It is very annoying.
