I cannot figure out how to get a BIS Measurement as an option

Bis is only available in models that combine Pharmacokinetics and Pharmacodynamics. For Propofol that is the Eleveld model, for dexmedetomidine the Hannivoort model. If you want to connect a Bis to another model you will have to use copy/paste. Long press on the simulation were you want to connect the BIS to, select copy, open an Eleveld model, long press there and paste. Amount of drug/time is then pasted (make sure the Eleveld is in manual input). Then press the PD button in the Eleveld model. The Eleveld model now is the intermediate between your source simulation and the BIS.
Where have all the drugs gone?
This used to have a broad range of drugs including thio and alfentanil and I think ketamine. They have disappeared.
