不具合だらけで使いものにならない

全く動作しないです。チケット発券を受けてもらっても無駄になります。

シンプル改善してほしい

紐付けや連携がわかりづらい。
ただのチケット紐付けアプリなのだから、無駄な機能やわかりづらい表現は辞めた方がいい。

画面には「チケットを受け取る」ボタンだけでいい。
なんで受け取り方法とか出すのか？
SNSでもわかりづらいと言われてるのだから、これぐらいシンプルでいい。
